Picking the best photo spots in Hong Kong is tough. After all, this city is practically built for Instagram. There are amazing skyscrapersbeautiful beaches, vibrant neon signs, plenty of fancy looking food and even incredible rocksBut where to start?! I made a list of the 5 most instagramable places in Hong Kong you can’t miss!

1. Victoria Peak
In order to get all of Hong Kong in one photo, you have to go to Victoria Peak. You’ll get an amazing panoramic view with the entire skyline of Hong Kong. A must-see when you’re in Hong Kong.

2. Choi Hung Estate
Now something of a local icon – not that the residents here are super happy about that – the vibrant Choi Hung Estate is one of the oldest public housing estates in the city. Literally meaning ‘Rainbow Estate’, this bright and beaming backdrop, painted eight different colours, is a perennial Insta favourite because of how the aesthetically in sync colours, which produce photos that are contoured, warm and popping.

3. Big Buddha
The Hong Kong’s Big Buddha built in 1993, is hidden away by lush mountains, became a famous destination. Located in Lantau Island. It is one of the biggest seated Buddha statues in the world.

4. Lok Wah Estate
Located on top of a car park and originally meant as a children’s playground, now a fantastic spot to take pictures! This blue-coloured play area whispers of childhood memories spent outdoors rather than glued to electronic devices at home.

5. Man Fing Building in Sham Shui Po
And there's no missing the Man Fung building in Sham Shui Po, as it stands out like a beacon within the residential area it sits in. Street artist Okuda San Miguel transformed this building in 2016 during the HK Street Art Festival and named it ‘Rainbow Thief’. To get the picture we got, you have to access another residential building just opposite.
